Bahamas Academy officially welcomed students to the 2026–2027 school year with its first chapel of the academic year on September 4. Hosted by teachers, staff, and administration, the chapel gave students and the wider school community a chance to reflect on the importance of character, obedience, faith, and preparation for the year ahead.

Family, faculty, and peers gathered at Bahamas Academy on September 9 to honor the Senior Class of 2027 during their first official chapel service of the school year. Under their class banner, "Chosen," the seniors officially marked the start of their final year with a spiritual dedication and pinning ceremony. Principal LaVonda Smith reminded the class that each student has been called for a unique purpose.

Excitement was in the air as Bahamas Academy celebrated its graduating class of 2026. The week began on June 9th with the promotion exercises for the lower division under the theme rooted in faith growing in knowledge at the Holy Trinity Actives Centre The first ceremony was held for the students in the Early Learning Centre.

The graduating class of 2026 of Bahamas Academy gathered with faculty, families, and well-wishers for their annual Baccalaureate Service on May 30, 2026. The service was held at Hillview Seventh-day Adventist Church for the senior students as they transitioned from high school to their future endeavors.

Bahamas Academy’s Indelible Class of 2026 held its final senior chapel on April 29, serving as the final chapter for the graduating class before they embark on national examinations and commencement exercises. The guest speaker was educator and former alumna Dr. Veola Sophia Stewart, who encouraged the seniors to remain focused as they prepare for life beyond high school.
