After months of studying and preparation, Adventist youth participated in the annual Conference level Bible Connection on August 31st at the Grant's Town church. The participants for this year were Astra Bowlin representing the La Senda De la Vida Church, Mikali McCoy of the Grant’s Town Church, Sundari Rollins of the Hillview Church, Jasmine Bain of the Philadelphia Church along with Family Island participants Hunae Moss of New Macedonia and Kezia Johnson of the Bluff Church. 

South Bahamas Conference Administration warmly welcomed the contestants and encouraged other youth to take part in this initiative. The Youth Director of the Atlantic Caribbean Union, Pastor Terry Tanis was also present to bring remarks. 

The ladies completed three rounds with Astra Bowlin, emerging victorious with 245 points. In second place was Sundari Rollins with 230 points and in third place Hunae Moss with 210 points.

We congratulate all the participants for their efforts to deeply study and understand the Bible. Bowlin will represent the South Bahamas Conference during the Union’s Bible Connection which will be held at the North Bahamas Conference in Grand Bahama on September 28th, 2024.
