On Sabbath, May 15, 2021, the Trust Department held a webinar in which Ms. Cyd Ferguson, Attorney & Counsel at Law was the guest presenter. During this presentation, she underscored the spiritual significance and practical benefits of creating a will sooner rather than later.
Additionally, she provided members with a checklist which indicated the elements needed to create legally valid wills in The Bahamas - Testator, Executor, Beneficiary, Two Witnesses. She also provided the members with a template which will enable them to create their own wills.
