Logos for October 26, 2019--Pastor's Appreciation-- A Word For The Pastor--God gave pastors a family and a congregation. With a balanced life, family and your church can be satisfied. Here are four tips that may be helpful. 1. There must never be a competition between the two. God called you to be a pastor, and at the same time, He gave you your marriage and family. God expects you to put your family first, but don’t let prioritizing one cause you to neglect the other. God would never give you one gift to destroy another.

My Child Can't Sit Still In Church--Either tell those parents and their misbehaving children to leave the church or I will no longer come!”, “These children cannot sit still for a moment!”, “I am so distracted with all these noisy children that I can’t focus on the sermon!” Several church members shared these feelings with me, and I understand their frustration. There is another side to the issue, however, that we would do well to remember—the exasperation and distress that the parents feel.

C.H.A.M Week Of Prayer October 16-19, 2019--"STEEL VALUES"-- Prayer is an  essential part of our Christian walk. In communing with God, we grow closer to Him. During the CHAM Week of Prayer, we hope that the children of the South Bahamas Conference will learn to understand the importance of prayer. The theme of this year’s readings is ‘Steel Values’. As we go through these inspirational lessons during the upcoming week, the children will present on topics of Faith, Perseverance, Humility, Fidelity, and Integrity.
