Logos for August 29, 2020--A Time to Reflect. I bring greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. The process of reflection and evaluation may seem overbearing and inconvenient due to the cares and concerns of the day. However, one side effect of this global pandemic is the opportunity to slow down and examine the records of our day-to-day lives. For some, the results confirm that we are doing as well as we perceive; however, for others, we note that some adjustments are needed. 

Logos for August 22, 2020--The Wounds of Abuse: Can We Do More? Yes, we can!  Today, as we focus on the annual initiative of the Women’s Ministries Department, enditnow, we urge you to do more to help prevent and heal the wounds of abuse among women, men, the elderly, adolescents, and children throughout the Atlantic Caribbean Union. This year’s enditnow observance comes at a time when there are concerns about the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on family relationships. 

Logos for August 15, 2020--Messages of Hope Shared Through Covid19. Bill was at a gas station pumping gas when suddenly he felt a strong impression to give a GLOW tract to a well-dressed woman on the other side of the pump standing near her vehicle. He tried to brush aside the impression, but it remained, and with ever-increasing intensity, the impression persisted as the seconds wore on. After some hesitancy, Bill finally relented, went over, and handed her a few GLOW tracts.

Logos for August 8, 2020--Coping With Change. These are changing times. Are all these drastic changes unique to our times? In reality, since the beginning of time things have been changing. There was a change from a perfect, sinless earth to and an earth riddled with thorns and thistles, death, disappointment, etc. There was a change from human beings' Heavenly focused with unscarred thoughts to human beings filled with pain, selfishness, and pride. That change was destructive emotionally, spiritually, and physically. The change of the human psyche and behavior led to the "Change- maker," Jesus, coming to earth to die on Calvary so that we (humans) can be changed again or be restored to the original state of eternal peace and happiness.
