The time in which we live is saturated and punctuated with fear and unprecedented uncertainty. The strong wind of crime that is furiously blowing and the thundering sounds of violence in the land seem to be uncontrollable.

Cognizant of this alarming reality, the leadership of the country on several occasions appealed to the household of faith to engage in urgent and fervent intercession for divine intervention. Just before Jesus ascended to heaven, He commissioned His disciples to Go and make disciples of all nations. The gospel mandate plays a pivotal and significant role in addressing the lawlessness in the heart of man.

It is in the context of this divine mandate, that the creole speaking churches (Bethel, Francophone, and Ebenezer) of the South Bahamas Conference will engage in a mega tent campaign from February 18th to March 16th, 2024, under the theme “When the Kingdom come”. These series of meetings will be held in the big white tent at the RM Bailey School grounds every night except Thursday and Saturday. The speaker for this campaign is none other than the dynamic evangelist Moise Arboite, the new Pastor for the French churches.

Ellen G. White posits, “The time is coming when there will be as many converted in a day as there were on the day of Pentecost after the disciples had received the Holy Spirit.” Evangelism, 692. As we engage in this evangelistic effort, let us all wrestle with God as never before for the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit.

For it is only through the power of the Holy Spirit that the heart can be transformed and converted. We solicit your continued prayer for the Holy Spirit to do unusual work in this campaign.  It is our hope that a great harvest of souls will be won for the kingdom.
