For four months, every Monday at 10:00 a.m., a dedicated group of individuals gathered at the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services for a unique journey of holistic transformation. Led by facilitators Claudia Gibson and Delrose Thompson, the Health Prophecy Class successfully united physical wellness with spiritual growth, guiding participants toward healthier, more purposeful lives through biblical principles. With a total of 29 participants, the program was founded on the fundamental belief that the body is the temple of God and deserves to be cared for through intentional lifestyle choices. The curriculum offered practical guidance for daily living.

• Nutritious Eating: Lessons focused on selecting wholesome foods from the commissary and building balanced meals featuring adequate protein, carbohydrates, fruits, and vegetables.

• Hydration & Fitness: Participants learned the vital role of drinking enough water and engaging in regular exercise, such as walking and jogging.

• Smoke-Free Living: A dedicated stop smoking program educated attendees on the harmful effects of tobacco use, encouraging smoke-free, healthier lifestyle choices.

Physical vitality was paired with deep spiritual enrichment. Using The Believer’s Bible Cure and other scripture-based materials, the class explored Bible lessons centered on prophecy, dreams, and visions.

To reinforce their understanding, participants successfully completed twelve lessons and corresponding quizzes. Healthy refreshments—including water, fresh fruit, peanuts, and popcorn—were provided during each session to model the principles being taught.

The program culminated in a meaningful graduation ceremony where participants were honored with:

• Certificates of Completion recognizing their dedication.

• Gift bags containing essential toiletries—including soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, shampoo, and lotion—to support healthy personal hygiene.

The impact of the class resonated deeply with those who attended, sparking a renewed passion for spiritual study. One participant shared:

"I am excited about the word, wanting to read and study more for deeper truths."

Attendees expressed profound gratitude for the opportunity to learn about health laws rooted in biblical concepts. This included exploring clean and unclean animals, God’s moral law through the Ten Commandments, and the observance of the 7th-day Sabbath.
