When we tell the story of David to our children, we usually focus on the section where a young boy defeats the giant Goliath with a slingshot. However, we rarely discuss what preceded this epic battle, and we seldom mention other chapters of David’s life. David’s story started long before the battle with Goliath. One of the remarkable moments in his life was when he was chosen by God. If we aspire for a victorious life through breakthrough living, it is essential to pause and explore this critical question: How does God choose His champions?
