Since 2024, ASI has committed to doing ministry intentionally throughout our archipelago. From May 30th to June 9th, 2025, eighteen missionaries from across New Providence, Grand Bahama, and Abaco took part in a mission trip in Matthew Town, Inagua. The week began with three missionaries: Evangelist Osmond LaCroix, Elder Carolyn Deal, and Bro. James Hanna, who, along with members of the New Life Church, led a one-week nightly Health Evangelistic Campaign under the theme, ‘Who Better to Trust?’

Participants learned how to take care of themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually. On Thursday, June 5, two individuals chose to be baptized. On June 6th, the remaining 15 missionaries traveled to Inagua to continue the mission. On Friday evening, missionary and President Ian Greene delivered a powerful message titled, ‘Jesus & Me,’ that left a lasting impact.

On Sabbath morning, ASI Vice President of Evangelism, missionary David Williams, delivered the sermon titled, ‘NEW START in Christ,’ where the congregation was challenged to build a relationship with Christ, gain the assurance of eternal life, point others to Christ, and follow the 8 Laws of Health.

During the rest of the visit, the team conducted home visitations and held a community health expo. Participants took guided tours of the eight laws of health, received health assessments, were given health tools, and learned how to prepare delicious and nutritious plant-based meals.

The team is eagerly anticipating the next mission adventure to Long Island, September 25–28, 2025.
